Avery is one of our veterinary assistants. She’s our native North Carolinian and a country girl at heart. Her passion for animals has been a lifelong quality. She got her first job working with animals at the young age of 16, but has been riding horses and helping out around the barn since she was 11.  She is studying to become a registered veterinary technician. She has two dogs, Smokey and Flex. On her time away from SEVC she enjoys spending time outdoors, four wheeling, shopping and spending time with family.
